Invited members only
In ienon, only members who have been invited to a group can access its data. Only users who receive an invitation link and join the group can view and edit shared data such as calendars, shopping lists, and notes.
Invitation links are single-use and expire after being used. Unauthorized people cannot join your group.
TLS encrypted communications
All data transmitted over the internet is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). This prevents third parties from intercepting or tampering with your communications, ensuring safe data exchange.
All communication between the app and servers is protected by HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher).
Registered telecom carrier
Dear Inc., the operator of ienon, has filed the required registration under telecommunications business laws. We comply with regulations and fulfill our obligation to protect users' communication privacy.

Internal access restrictions
Even within the ienon operations team, access to users' personal data is strictly limited. Staff do not access user data unless absolutely necessary for operational purposes.
Access logs are recorded and regular audits are conducted.
AI and family data protection
ienon's AI features never use your family data for training. Text you enter is only used to process your request and is never used to train or improve AI models. Your conversations are not memorized or accumulated by the AI.
AI requests are discarded after processing and are never stored as training data for the model.
